Andrew Solutions supports both the active Teletilt^® RET systems and the retired COBRA™ RET systems. Software, firmware, and installation documentation can be downloaded for these Andrew RET systems from this location. For active Teletilt product software and firmware download selections, you will be prompted to register online or you may log in to the Andrew web site. Andrew's online registration ensures you will receive notifications for software, firmware, and installation documentation updates via email.

PLEASE NOTE: Please be sure to register online to receive email notifications for new software updates. Andrew has simplified downloading software files by incorporating all of the files needed into one convenient bundle. These bundles are now available for Andrew rack mount controllers and will be available for the Andrew portable controller in the near future.

ATC200-LITE-USB Teletilt^® Portable Controller

Please note that the ATC200-LITE-USB controller software automatically determines the Teletilt^® actuator version and applies the firmware update for each actuator found on the AISG bus.

In order to update actuator firmware using the ATC200-LITE-USB controller:

Connect the ATC200-LITE-USB controller to an actuator.
Start up the latest version ATC-LITE software.
Execute a device scan.

The actuator version is automatically detected and latest firmware is applied.

Note: The E-ATM300 Field Configuration Tool is required for applications where E-ATM300 actuators will be managed using an ATC200-LITE-USB controller.

Note: The PWR-COBRA-1 Software is required for applications where COBRA™actuators will be managed using an ATC200-LITE-USB controller.

PWR-COBRA-1 COBRA™ Portable Controller

Please notice that the PWR-COBRA-1 portable controller has been discontinued and replaced by the ATC200-LITE-USB Teletilt® portable controller. In order to control COBRA actuators, please use the PWR-COBRA software with either the PWR-COBRA-1 or the ATC200-LITE-USB portable controller.
