The OneBase InSite RF component is a stand alone unit mounted in or alongside a standard base station transceiver (BTS) rack, and works with any original equipment manufacturers BTS radio equipment. It can run site tests automatically according to a schedule or in real-time via an Internet connection. InSite RF takes readings on antenna feedline return loss, in both uplink and downlink frequency bands, pilot power, and other site metrics and will notify radio frequency technicians via alarms when performance is at or nearing sub-par levels.
RF Diagnostic Unit Features and Characteristics:
BTS transmit signal analysiscapable of 2G, 2.5G, and 3G air interfaces.

Optimization Solutions that Work for You Both the OneBase InSite RF Unit and the OneBase InSite Connect System can be purchased alone or bundled together depending on operator requirements. The Andrew Solutions OneBase InSite product line provides its customers with the tools, services, and solutions necessary to optimize their networks and deliver network performance information that greatly improves the quality of service to mobile operators and users worldwide.
OneBase InSite Connect Connect, Coordinate, Control
InSite Connect is a single comprehensive solution that remotely controls and monitors the subsystems inside each base station site and enables network operators to coordinate and manage the conditions at all base station sites across their network. InSite Connect is OEM agnostic, capable of controlling and monitoring a wide array of devices from leading subsystem manufacturers.
InSite Connect consists of two main components. The Remote Controller Unit (RCU) is a rack-mounted solution deployed at each base station site throughout the network and can manage and monitor up to 88 individual subsystems. Each RCU feeds into a centrally-located Control Management System (CMS) that enables operators to remotely manage and monitor thousands of individual base station sites or more. RCU options include onboard RET AISG controllers and Network Timing Protocol (NTP) and Precise Timing Protocol (PTPv2 IEEE 1588-2008) IP timing.
Control and Manage Up to 88 Independent Functions Per Base Station Site, including:

Customizable
Together, the RCU and CMS provide network operators a powerful tool that consolidates hundreds of tasks into a single, easy to control system. Moreover, it provides the information needed to significantly trim remote access network operating costs and keep your network performing at its highest level.
Reduce base station site maintenance costs
Leverage the benefits of network sharing
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) in real time
Identify situations before they become problems.
Managing all the various independent subsystems at each of the base station sites across your network can be a logistical nightmare. Not to mention a financial drain. OneBase InSite Connect lets you go from overwhelmed to under to control.
A single, comprehensive solution that allows you to control and monitor hundreds of subsystems. Another great idea from the evolutionaries at Andrew.
